EDIT: Okay, the story about his jaw is: assuming all of the animatronics are mentally insane(just my headcanon i suppose), Ruff has random, short spurts of lucidity. One day, it went on for kind of a long time, and knowledge of things they had done really tortured him, and he couldn't confide in anyone, and basically he had a breakdown where he tried to get rid of the blood and various other things i will not name from his mouth, but he was so emotional that he ended up scraping the skin off of his entire jaw and throat (in animatronic form, he just tore off his whole jaw) and when he descended back into madness, it just stayed that way because the animatronics can just do that.
