But these months, (April, May June) I have to save money for my Tira costume... The gloves only are 250$ to 400$ by themselves... (they will be made of molded fiberglass) T_T the costume only is 210$... So... I have to save up my money...

I would suggest just studying mecha with wings... and taking the best parts of the wings and merging them together your self. That is what we kinda did. We looked around here on deviant art for clockwork and mech wings and put together the best parts of them.
I suck at drawing mech or I would try to help...
but as for a specific artist, your guess is as good as mine.

with my discount i am up to 120$ so far. I don't know how much the shading is but that isn't my issue. ^^ Nick is gonna pay that. I am just gonna tip him 40$ or so. ^^ haha.
