Here's Cheers for my Beat revamp series and yeah, she's also another independent villain as well, as I felt someone like her with a crazy personality wouldn't work under Morgan's leadership. Anyway, here's her profile:

Name: Cheers

Gender: Female
Family: ???
Personality: Snarky, cheerful and joyful but psychotic, crazy and insane
Appearance: She is a bit tall than Kumo, has wild aquamarine hair, wears a medium aquamarine mask that covers half of her face, showing her crazed eyes and menacing smile, wears a white and aquamarine shirt with a sinister smile symbol, light aquamarine pants and grey boots.
Weapon: Menace-In its standard form, it looks like a typical big sword, but when switched into its secondary mode, it is quite strong enough to saw through woods and weak steels, as well as flesh and bones.
Description: Consider by many to be insane, Cheers has been killing off a lot of people on a whim, usually for no reason other than getting cheer joy in seeing so much carnage. when she made her way towards the outskirts of Rumble, she made the area her new home, waiting for every chance to slaughter unsuspecting people who ventures beyond the town's wall.
