Next up in the villain roster for the Edge series idea is Roscoe Tall and despite his last name, he's rather short and the self-proclaimed criminal is nothing but all talks and no works, viewed by most criminals as pathetic and a big joke and here is his background as well:

Personality: Arrogant, overconfident and boastful but cowardly, incompetent and gullible
Appearance: Despite what his last name would suggest, he is rather short and overweight for his age, has brown hair, wears a pair of glasses, a brown jacket, a grey shirt with a skull logo on it, dark khaki pants and brown sneakers.
Weapon: Break-A kabutowari that supposedly breaks swords if done correctly, but its lack of usage and inexperienced meant that the weapon hardly seen any battles at all, being more of a blunt object that hardly has any effect on its intended target or live up to its name.
Description: Whenever someone needs to learn how to survive in the criminal underworld, most criminals would cite the ironically named Roscoe Tall as an example of what not to be: meek, clumsy and an overall nuisance. To them, he's consider to be quite pathetic when it comes to making it big as a criminal and most bounty hunters outright ignores him, for the bounty on him, or lack thereof, isn't worth it and the only thing that would get their notice is if he has some useful information to share, something that Roscoe will unashamedly share whenever his life gets threaten.
