Just four villains left to go for my revised Clash series idea, but first, here is Waldemar Baker, a psychopathic magical assassin who causes rampage around the hidden world and even more so in the real world, making sure that he leaves few traces of his actives for the authorities to uncover and making it difficult for the Hidden Knights to deal with him in general and here is his background:

Gender: Male
Family: ???
Personality: Sociopathic, demanding and chaotic but focused, weary and slightly patient
Appearance: He is tall and muscular, has red blonde hair that is partially shaved from the side of his head, wears a teal shirt with a dollar sign on it, golden yellow pants and brown boots with black rims on them.
Weapon: Final Payment-a rather large looking cannon-like firearm, this gun packs a wallop with each shot it makes, as well as capable of switching into two modes: single shot (shooting a single ammo with lethal results) and rapid mode (acting somewhat like a typical machine gun), each suitable for certain fights.
Description: A maniac in every since of the word, Waldemar Baker cares about causing chaos and taking out a few problems that gets in his way, especially when he gets into one fight after another, leaving a total mess for the Hidden Knights to deal with, while the authorities of the real world are left unable to figure out who or what cause such damages to begin with. As far as he's concern, he lives up to his status as a magical assassins, even looking down at those who would use standards to set themselves apart from one another.
