Description Want to know how to make some realistic manes, tails, or hair for your fursuit?
Then weft that shit! It's easy (yet boring) and kanekelon (fake hair) comes in an array of colors and is pretty cheap.
This is how I make my wefts and I'm sure there are other ways to do it; but it's quick, easy, and the wefts are really strong.

If you have any questions let me know! (Also ermahgerd first tutorial!!)

I get my kanekelon from here: [link]

It's easier to melt the end together with a flat iron, that way you save your glue, I did this with a large lions mane that I made ^^

It's easier to melt them together with a flat iron, that's what I did for a very large lion mane, and it saves your glue, melts it together really well ^^

How do you apply it to the fursuit?

You either glue the wefts to the base directly starting from the bottom up or you cut slits the the fabric, plug the weft in, and hot glue them again making a plug, like how a doll's hair is done.
