Starting the year off with a bang, my first real Photoshop painting, I think it turned out well. I'll probably do a bunch of small edits. you can see my reference picture here [link]I really like the way it turned out, I plan on doing a lot more paintings now that I am getting comfortable with the program. This picture was a three day endeavor, this is also admittedly the first piece of fan art i've done in ages. Enjoy!

Why thank you paige I appreciate it, yeah I haven't done many epic pieces lately, in fact I haven't draw anything for over a month, I have pretty much hit a rut. Dunno, when I'm coming out of it. I want to change up what I do, I think I'm not being creative enough or something. I want to try and do something more unique now instead of just hot chicks and sci fi.

well you said something somewhere about a flashsite.. and so i looked it up. maybe it was facebook or something. but anyhow, i definitely understand that not creative enough feeling. and i am for some reason feeling particularly stressed at the moment.. but you know how that goes for me

Haha, yeah. And I'm right there with you, of course I know why I'm stressed, I need at least three grand by august, and cannot for the life of me find a job, and I also have to finish 4 credits online by mid july.

my only critique is that yellow radiance from the eye glow, it looks to outta place, the glowing itself i think, is enough. But yeah, u DESERVE the 52 views u have, and more.

Yeah I though I made it a little too bright, I may try to fix that down the road so it looks more like the reference. But thanks man! I'm surprised how good a response it's got.

Haha, thanks! because it took a REALLY long time to paint. I figure once I get better I'll cut down my time I hope. Sorry that the comic is coming a long rather slow btw, just been busy with a few things. Blah, slowly bust surely.
