Dr. Blackjack fancomic... based on Black Jack TV episode 45: Pinoko's Birth.Pinoko is a girl who was a parasitic twin known as Teratoma saved by doctor Blackjack by putting her in a special exoskeleton. And that's how she was reborn in a new body.... however....

Not a tumor, actually; a teratoma. A fine distinction, really... Teratomas are effectively an "unborn twin" that was absorbed by the body during pregnancy. not a tumor per se.

Pinoko is Black Jack's sidekick, a little girl constructed by him who is actually a Teratogenous Cystoma, a sort of tumor also known as a teratoma. As seen in "Teratogenous Cystoma", she was a rare type of parasitic twin, living in one of Black Jack's patients' bodies for eighteen years until Black Jack extracted her and gave her a real body, a plastic exo-skeleton.

She ought to meet Dr. Jonas, Jr. who was a fetus in fetus until he was removed. A handsome but dwarfish person he first sought revenge against his former host twin, and created an Iron Man type power armor to do battle. They did reconcile, however.
Dr. Jonas, Jr. has a bionic left arm because as a fetus-thing his was just a stump. He is rather handsome with a goatee, and a lady's man.
