CAUTION : CHOKING HAZARD for small parts not recommended for children under 4 years old... err I mean... FULL VIEW RECOMMENDED for higher pic detail.
Trying out practicing my other art style: Action-Figurine style. I guess Photoshop isnt half-bad after all (even though i dislike it's tools) I feel happy for this picture results. xD lol *tiles pic on my wallpaper thingy*
I'll let you decide whether it was Sculpted figurine or a handmade-drawing.
I wish this was my actual hobby-figurine... filled with pop-up "sleeve-attached accesories" Like plastic forks for example in this pic. xD lol
tools: Flash 8 and Photoshop CS2 (and it's not made in 3D stuff... mousedrawn)

My art-style here in photoshop was my prototype for Fork... a new drawing program like manga-studio made my drawing looks more like this Melona one fav.me/d7a5kzv as closer as a real figurine.

My vote is that it's a drawing. The reason I say that is because the black has no shading to it, if it were a figure there would be a full range of shading from glare to pitch black shadow. In the image i only see one shade , Pitch black.

This is VERY good!!
There is one thing that I think gives it away as a painting, though. Look at the heel on the left. Look closely. Notice the blur? Without that blur, it'd completely look like a sculpture! (And a one I would buy ^^)
