Who can tell what's going on? You have seen that other guy if you saw the movie, I'm pretty certain!EDIT: Cookies for for knowing it. Indeed that's the guy Clopin took the stilt from at the end of Topsy-Turvy. I didn't make that character design up, that's pretty much the way he looks.
Apparently he still has the other stilt as well as the serious intention to beat the living crap out of good Monsieur Trouillefou.
Now, Clopin had it coming, hadn't he? I'd be mad too, if I almost broke my neck. xD I really like how his apologetic face came out, though. He's like "Can't we talk this over?"
