First we had the blue one, then the red one, and now the green one. I love it when the main casts are groups of rainbows and anything that somehow messes that sends me into a conniption. I mean it, all throughout Transformers Animated, I kept thinking to myself, "Where is the blue guy? I mean I know Optimus has blue, but he also has red and Ratchet has some red and he also has some white which Jazz has when he later joins and ohmyGodwhyisn'tthereablueBotintheirgroup and Blurr totally doesn't count because he joins them for only three or so episode. Then again, maybe not Jazz either because he's only officially with them for three episodes and Sari, she's yellow, but where's the blue!?"

I do own a black cowboy hat, but I've made that up since I was 13. I just started slapping it on other characters and it chain reacted over the years. It's become quite possibly the only thing I have kept for...ooh, 13 years at this point.

I sure hope you make these guys a comic, I'm just keep falling more for Marine every time I think about him. Ruby's ok, I'm not really into fiery personalities stemming from the fact I'm one myself and we don't get along with others like ourselves, but maybe when I get to know her I'll warm up to her. I don't know how I feel about Emerald yet. You say he's the calm 'dad' character of the group, but that smirk on his face reminds me more of Errol Flynn than anything. Ok, you have the fiery character, the wise character, the prince character, are you going to have a silent character, cause I just go all gaga over characters who can't/won't talk (and I don't count vows of silence)

I particularly like Emerald's body design because of the fact that face front and standing upright, he looks like your standard humanoid. But then when he changes pose, he truly looks alien. In the actual comic, I would definitely play that up; it's a striking visual.
Also- tore out his wings. Damn.
