This is absolutely beautiful. The expression on her face is wonderful, although try widening your eyes a little. It might improve the picture if you let your viewers see the how beautiful your model's eyes are with the contacts. Also, try slanting your hand so that it's in between its current position and a 180 degree flat. It would make the picture look more realistic while keeping the unearthly quality of the scene. I particularly like your lighting. It gives the whole picture an ethereal sense. And the makeup looks completely gorgeous- I love the fire motif. You're very skilled at photo manipulation.
