He looks so pretty! I love how this turned out!

The way you drew the lightning is probably my favorite part, but the whole thing is wonderful. You did a beautiful job at drawing his outfit while also giving it a much sleeker look (he actually looks like he could be from Sailor Moon now ) The cape and the green part are especially lovely. I also really like the boots since they look a bit girlier this way.
