It's the most troublesome round so far...
I've completely have not time to draw because of studying (I'm going on courses of Customs Applicants and will have an exam at 20th June).
I'm not satisfy with final result at all... The drawing itself is a bit raw and sketchy, the same is colouring... (I had to draw very quickly due to lack of time...)
More over this time theme is 'Favourite Hobby' And Vikuna has a lot of hobbies and it was difficult to choose one favourite according to this round rules. She don't know what hobby is her favourite one herself, she likes them all. Although it can be said that they are all united by common theme - the anime.
-Description-
Viku has a lot of hobbies such as drawing, embroidery, sewing, computers and internet, martial arts etc. But her main fave hobby can be characterised one word - 'anime'. She regularly participates in the anime festivals - it can be a stand with her drawings, but mostly it's represented as Cosplay, the costumes for which she sews herself.
Why she is like it - well... As she usually says herself - "Hobby - it's just a hobby. You don't wonder why you like it so much. You just like it and that's all!"
But there is one more additional point for her liking cosplay most - her ββand her boyfriend first meeting took place exactly at cosplay party.
May be later (when I'll have free time) I'll draw a comic version of their first meeting.
Cosplay costumes are Ushiromiya Battler's and Golden Witch Beatrice' ones from Umineko no Naku Koro ni (When They Cry 3)

I still can't figure out why you got eliminated from OSI. This is awesome. All the work and details and poses, it's amazing. I just don't get it :/ I miss seeing your art in OSI

Yea, it's a bit sad (it was only 0,5 gap), and I think it's due not proper description (at that moment I haven't free time). And I was hope to do at least princess and dark round. But anyway is was really fun to participate in OSI (and really helpful too).

Well, that's not really fair. And I don't really see how that should've affected it, but then again, I'm not too strong the in the write-ups, myself. You should still do those rounds! I'd love to see Butterfly's princess dress :]

A write-up is important, but it's really difficult for me to deal with it, mainly because I have troubles with english (I don't know it very well) - I need translate my write-ups from Russian to English... And it's hard...
May be I'll do other remain rounds (not as side contest but just for myself), but later after I finish with AT, kiriban and SMOCT staff.

Well, I mean the communication gap. It's not really fair to fault you just because you don't speak English well :/ But yes, they are important.
I saw your drawings! They're beautiful, and I can't wait to see what they look like if you continue to do the other rounds. Whenever I get eliminated, I know I'm going to keep doing the rounds. But I'll probably take my time and not do them for the side contest.
