hmm, how bout these:

forest- by a tree or somethin
meadow- in the tall green grasses
lake/stream/ocean- cuz the waves would look cool, like at sunset

OR

A forest with a stream running through it (the rock and dragon would be in the stream) and there's a bunch of tall green grass around the trees XD

Just throwin some ideas around

I actually had imagine a grassy area; but the sunset ocean could be good too =0
