Description This was something I was going to enter into the student competition at my university, but silly me missed the deadline (I couldn't get the frames I'd bought to work, hah).

Random stylized gryphon. See, in my lithography class we've been testing out the various kinds of plates we can use (stone, polyester, aluminum), and this guy was the subject I chose to test out aluminum plates. Since I'd already been asked if I had a "cat fetish" by a teacher (not seriously, and because I'd chosen cats as my subjects for two of my classes), I thought I'd try something that was different, and yet...still somewhat related to cats.

I love this thing, even if it was literally just a quick test (and had a few errors). It came out way better than I expected it to.

Done with a lithographic print process, on an aluminum plate with acrylics.

That's really great! It has a very strong oriental look to it, I feel. It's the kind of art the rich a famous would have on the walls of their new white, glass art deco house.
Great job, I love it ^_^

Yep, I love this too. So simple, yet so appealing. Maybe it's because of use of one colour in addition to unique style of the lines...
