Just because he's shown you mercy, definitely doesn't mean he's letting you off the hook or is treating you as someone who isn’t capable of doing the things you’ve done before again.
Also I'd like to point out: Everything he's disclosed up until this point has little objective relevance to him on a personal level. Machines, data and timelines are one thing (if anything, it helps for deflection), personal information as to how it all relates to -him- on the other hand....
-edit- OH AND I FORGOT yeah, one of my big headcanons for (part of) why sans doesn't talk in the game is exactly this. Don't let the anomally in on information, because once it's out, it's out for good. Since the anomaly is capable of jumping timelines, they could theoretically use that information against him in a different run.
But his argument here, after learning what frisk/the player is and how it all ties together is understanding that its kind of fruitless. I mean, theoretically, the player could have already been through all of THIS 'unique' run multiple times, and the player is just humoring him. He has no idea what the anomaly does or doesn't know, or what they could find out. Regardless of his involvement of disclosing it himself. The player could have already been through a run where he broke down and explained all of this to the player, which means that his effort to keep his cards close to his chest is kind of meaningless.
At least this way, he can gain some information he can’t be privy to otherwise -back-
Also, we've hit page 20!14 panels is roughly the average number of panels I've put into each of these pages, which means I've drawn roughly (don't quote me lol) 280 panels XD;

In the last panel, who was talking, was Sans or Frisk, I can usually tell, but I'm having a little trouble this time? Also, this is very interesting, and ur headcanon/interpretation of things is very interesting. Also, congrats to so many panels, keep up the awesome work.(I love how this is in full color, I like black and white, and black and white with splashes of color, etc. too, but full color definitely suits this comic).

(I stopped commenting because I didn't see anythinguseful to say besides "I love this", but I certainly didn't stop reading 
And I keep trying to imagine what the Player sees from their own perspective. Do they somehow order Frisk to shake hands, or do they just see them not moving until they magically will them to? (I'm really bugged by this, I just can't figure out how things work. Or I have a hypothesis but it just sounds pretty unlikely to me. Though it would explain a lot about Frisk's behavior ingame.)
Also, this might be spoilers (and I don't know if I asked this already but I don't remember doing so), but is the Player actually taking over an actual kid's body, or is Frisk just some mindless AI that only exists for that purpose?
I guess it also comes with the question "Is Sans's universe just as real as the Player's (aka multiverse junk) or just some kind of tiny virtual(?) universe lying somewhere "inside" the Player's?", but I'm 90% this one is just as spoilery. And I might actually have asked that one before ._.
In both cases, I'm still wondering too how the game would actually work. By any chance, does it have anything to do with Steam? 
So I'm just wondering how different our two views are one from the other :3

and I reaally wish I could tell you whether you're on the right track or not, but ye its big spoiler XD and it'll be quite a while before its answered unfortunately.
I will say as far as small "commands" (like 'shake hands') is likely a inputted command (since DeviantART is a butthead, choices and commands like this: drive.google.com/open?id=0B9tD… -- but a little more manual from the player if that makes sense) but it's not shown here because the visual is already in the comic. I wouldn't be opposed to going back and editing that in though if its confusing, I don't think that should be relatively difficult as long as the spacing is okay.
But as far as how emotion and reactions are read rather than direct interaction with other characters, that's very different

Haha, oh I know the feeling, I love it too when my readers start theorizing about my own plot
(Even though despite all the hints I leave every once in a while nobody has figured out anything yet hahaha)
I can't make promises but I can share my ideas when I do have some :3
It's not really confusing, it's just that I keep laughing like an idiot while imagining the Player's face upon seeing everything going off-script and realizing what they have actually done. And having to type in their answers and seeing the sprites doing things they're not supposed to xD
And just about the emotions part, I guess there's nothing to lose upon explaining my idea... I don't give much more thought into it than that because I can't find a proper explanation as to how it could've happened exactly, but whatever.
Then again, there has been evidence that the Player has been through a Genocide Run, if only up to Sans's fight. If we suppose that they've been through the entire thing and sold their soul to Chara... Well, that's pretty stupid but the "what if they did sell it for real and now it got stuck with Frisk/Chara?" does explain why Frisk's body would mimic the Player's emotions to such details. Kinda. I guess. Anyway whatever it is they've been doing before starting this special run does also have some obvious part in it. It might be a combination of both events.
If the Player's soul did happen to be in the game though, this might get a little more teoublesome with Undyne around hahaha
(But then again they've been through the Ruins' fights and didn't notice anything wrong, so I guess that unless they've got a red soul and made a no-hit up until now, this modelization is out the window anyway.)
(Edit: Also I forgot to ask, but though it's probably spoilery too-- Do you consider the "Narrator is Chara" theory? Because if that's the case... well, we might have someone else aware of the whole story there.)
Anyway as I said, I love theorizing for my own plots (reason why they're pretty twisted most of the time I suppose), but it's fun too to theorize about the other's stories ;D
