Bio: An electrician named Greg Decaro suffered major electrocution in a warehouse accident. He had lost the ability to use his hands and forearms. He was forced into unemployment and needed others to help him complete the simplest tasks. About a month after the accident, he received a letter in the mail. Inside was only a business card that said "A Second Chance" and an address. He was confused, but decided to check it out. Once he was there, he was given a very old and musty book with strange lettering on it. When he opened it, he was blinded by a bright light. When he awoke, he had the ability to create and manipulate electricity from his fingers. The book also gave him his motor controls back. He joined the strange man who gave him this book, and donned the name Livewire, completing whatever was asked of him.
