Description
This is a follow-up on my previous "Coraline" picture:--
I got really inspired to draw something with Coraline again. I went back and revised my design for Coraline and drew my own rendition of some of the other characters from the original novel.
I also wanted to expand upon it with my own ideas: Two years ago, before The Jones Family moved to the "House with the Door", Coraline and her mother were the closest of friends. But when her mother started a new job, it consumed her life and she became tired and overwhelmed from it. She had no time to play with Coraline anymore. As a result, Coraline became more cynical and self-centered, and that's where our story begins . . .

I love it! 5 out of 5 stars, dude! The art style for this is amazing, the colors are fantastic and I most certainly love the art style of this since it reminds me of Gravity Falls' art style oddly enough but overall, I love your art style, Nerdsman. Awesome job!

I saw an image of your Marilyn dressed as Jack Skellington of Nightmare Before Christmas, so I think you have seen that masterpiece. If you think that Danny Elfman is great in voice acting Jack when he sings, I suggest you listening Jack in Italian (cause I'm from Italy): he is voiced by the great singer Renato Zero, who voices him when he talks and sings both and it's fantastic. Don't worry, the songs of Nightmare Before Christmas have the same translation in both English and Italian. Listen Zero singing, then tell me what do you think about.
p.s. Perhaps Marilyn is your favourite own character? I think she's really cute XD

This is more a more faithful adaptation of the original book. The previous drawing is non-canon.
