This Image was requested by a friend who wrote FF fanfiction. My commision was to illustrate any part of his fiction that will attract more readers. One chapter of the story gave more in depth into the last scene with Laguna in FF8 reminiscing his late wife. i found it so touching that i chose that for my illustration subject. and here it is.Related content

The end of FF8 combined with this and a picture of Raine holding a baby Squall, both crying with the words "The first and last tears, the beginning and end of lives" reduced me to fangirling tears. I loved this romance soooo much and when I found this on the internet I immediately fell in love with it. It's absolutely beautiful.

Oh, how I love this picture. I saw this years ago somewhere online and am just thrilled to get to see it again.
You really captured the feeling of that scene with Laguna at the end of FF8... It's sad but still sweet. I love the expression that you gave Laguna. Truly, this is one of the best (probably the best) drawings of Laguna that I've ever seen (although I did cringe as I called this a "drawing." It's a work of art!) Fantastic. Looking at your artwork never gets old.
