I use my sister Liliy as a model all the time since I know her features inside out and I feel comfortable playing with them on canvas. I have a whole collection of her portraits since she was 6 years old. What's uncanny about drawing her is that the portrait always manages to look like my mother in the end instead of liliy. You have the best style of drawing... like mentioned above you such a delicate softness in your work. And I don't just mean this piece, I mean all of your work. That is so beautiful. I love the way you let the light really play off of her body. The perspective and pose is so playful too.
My favorite part is the detailling in her hair particularly where it parts.

Her hair is so soft and flowy; beautiful portrait! It's something different too, and has a lot of energy to it. ^^ Sure beats the regular sit-down-stare-at-camera portrait poses, eh?
