Okay, this is an interesting monster prospect, as my personal favorite, it fuses a Blue-Eyes White Dragon with a Stardust Dragon or Neo Stardust Dragon, and brings out this badass mofo. XPEdit as of 4/10/2015: Updated the image file to be more up to date with the official card game, along with the text, and the removal of my shameful old 'Neo Stardust Dragon' card.

Dear lord that effect. Just saying, with carbonneddon and soul charge, or anything that special summons non effect monsters like emeral, this card is hella easy to get out.

Well think of it this way, it's not easy to bring out unless you're not playing meta, so you'd be unlikely to see it competitively if it WERE a thing.

Yeah, it would be nice to see an actual card of it be made, since I run both Stardust Dragon AND Blue-Eyes in my Apocalypse Dragon deck. XP

Alright, this is much more balenced than your other Ultimate cards. :3
It's a nice design you got there, super powerful, hard to summon because of it's key cards and is slightly possible to beat in battle. (just slightly)

How are any of my others "Ultimate" Cards? XDD Their ACE Cards for certain characters. And TBH, a lot of monsters are Overpowered these days. Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode, for example.

True, but it's hard to summon if you can't pull off the combo.
And my friend's spell deck is so freaking hard to beat because of it's single field card. I forget it's name, but it's effect in a nutshell:
Play a spell, get a spell counter.
Move spell counters to other cards when possible.
Use 1 spell counter = negate it's destruction.

Ah, Endymion's Magical Fortress or something like that name... And yes, that is the CHEAPEST card in existence. That's one of the reasons why I made Neo Stardust Dragon. Negate the activation of ANY card and prevent attacks. XDD

It's Magical Citadel of Endymion. But it cannot negate the replacement of the other field card.

No, but it doesn't need a field spell in the first place, so Neo Stardust can sacrifice itself temporarily in order to preventthe Magical Citadel of Endymion from completing it's activation, meaning it won't work.

I only say that "Magical Citadel of Endymion" cannot protect itself from being replaced.
