Alright, so not much has changed except that I decided more officially what species I wanted her to be based off of: fennec foxes! They used to be my favorite animal in elementary school, and I still think they're pretty awesome

Anywho, I think this is the final design. My Fennian mechanic, hehe.

Her large ears allow her to hear moderately better than the average human, which is good for listening for where exactly little ticks in machinery are if there's a problem. The pads of her feet, like fennec foxes, are kinda furry so she can stand/walk on hotter surfaces without being too affected. She is not above using her tail to dust things off, or she will stick the tip of it down pipes to clean the inside a bit too.
