Ah, such a fun character. XD
The expression you gave him; the exaggerated eyebrow and confidence with the stare in his eyes- ah, perfect for him!
I just see him "NEH HEH HEH" ing over something in this, lol.
At least, I think that's the sounds he tends to go for- I might be wrong, but still!
And great job with the animation; the movement in the teeth as his head moves, and the flow with his scarf and chest/shoulders~
Very fluid~ ^^
And it's great seeing these icons again as well~

He's one of my favs! 8D His theme is best theme.
I pretty much just copied off the original sprite, so can't take that much credit! Haha. I did NOT know what to do with him for animation so I figured the mouth opening like that worked. XD
