Queen Elizabeth, who turned in to a Silver Dragon defends the city of London against the White Dragon Galenbjorn and his flight who are out to steal the Crown Jewels of the United Kingdom and add them to their hoard. Dragons are the very epitome of evil. These ungodly serpents have proven to be nothing more than the harbingers of doom and misery upon mankind. Some of these spawns of Satan might try and deceive you with smooth words and miracles into thinking they are our friends and have no intention to harm us. Walk by faith and not by sight, for the unclean serpents will only try to lull us into a false sense of security and make us all their prey when our guard is down. The Chinese and other people might tell you a different story, that the appearance of these dragons all over the world is a sign of good fortune and that they will guard and protect this world. Ha! Pay no heed to these Asian superstitions. Cast out those old serpents, cast them out. Raise your voice and let them hear that this nation belongs to us humans! Humans first! Humanity First!

So that's where this went! I remembered the pic, but totally forgot where I saw it. X3 This is awesome, I coulda sworn when I read that bit of *Ghostwalker2061 's book, and they mentioned Queen Elizabeth changing, that it sounded familiar! I just forgot where this went!

As far as I know, it's the only movie I know that features dragons in modern times. Though my White Dragons breathe ice...so it should be Reign of Frost.

I must say, it's tempting to make a reference to Reign of Fire, specifically since some scenes of that movie take place in London.

Fair enough. Depending on the locale and individual sentiment, I can imagine that the reaction across a given population would vary as much as that of indigenous peoples to the European colonists - from praising them as gods to outright violent retaliation.
The human condition is always a fun topic to think about while writing in that sense.

I really like how it's set up so far. Among other things, the whole reawakening has me thinking of a cross between elements of both Shadowrun and David Icke's Reptilian conspiracy theory.
