Roman javelins had a sort of long barb with a diamond shaped point on the end, made of soft metal that would bend on impact so the enemy couldn't reuse them. But maybe these guys are from an earlier time. Im reading a really good book about them just now.

ooooh on their spear you mean? Interesting... I drew these with a book on ancient rome as ref, but I guess I didnt look at such details. Whoops. Bad Kenny.
