Many thanks. I may redo this image aain using my new tablet and go digital drawing with it and see how the redo comes out after all these many years since I originally drew this

I got me a "Wacom Pen & Touch",.... it's one at the more budget end of the spectrum. However did you see my "The Saturdays" pic in my gallery? If not, that's where i'm currently at with my first tablet workings

I think you're doing really awesome with your tablet art! Just checked out The Saturdays that you mentioned. Nice work. I have yet to figure out why my tablet is so slow on my Mac. I'm still figuring things out, but haven't researched it too much yet.
Yes, grew up on Hole/Courtney Love, and a lot of riot grrrl and grunge bands. She's crazy as hell, but that's the appeal I guess! I've always loved that about her.

Thanks. What tablet is it that you have? You really should get it fired up, best way to figure things out with it is to just use and use and use! I'm still using,.. everyday

It is a Wacom Intuos 3. I haven't tried to calibrate it with my Mac since I switched from PC. I know it doesn't run this slow normally! Gotta fix that.
I grew up on a lot of riot grrrl stuff, grunge stuff. Nirvana, L7, Lunachicks, Hole, Bikini Kill, Joan Jett, The Gits. I liked a lot of women-fronted bands/artists. Still like a lot of it, but have opened up more since I was a teenager. It's more of a matter what I don't like! Not into death metal, most hardcore, most modern country, pop punk.

I'm defo all up for women fronted bands, or at least rock bands with girls in em! I have a girl on bass in my band, would be very nice to have another female on drums, Patty Schelmel would do very nicely
Yeah, i'm defo into more than just grunge n stuff these days. Kate Bush, Jeff Buckley being two of the main others.
