It's not finished.. started it tonight.. will repost finished picture shortly in a better quality aswell...I think you can recognise what it is if you have been walking around the streets with your eyes open recently...
Rehashed in photoshop from original,.. then painted it with acrylics on a 50x60cm canvas...
About 5 hours work done so far...

Well I have a copy of San Andreas modded so much it looks similar to IV, just lacking the physics and location, and better graphics.

did you use reference? I like that you captured the image well. now try remaking it and giving it your own taste!!

No need to remake it.. i loved the original the way it is... i just added my own poster style to it, so i guess it already has my flavour... check out some of my other paintings for that theme. And yeah, the reference was from the gta girl in the poster.. i pulled up the image in photoshop.. and worked with it on there for about an hour trying different things til i found what i wanted. Then copied it from my monitor to canvas
It's only just been noticed though by me this morning... and it's actually an eror in the original picture... the girl if you look carefully has 5 fingers AND a thumb on that hand.. lmao! Thumb is obviously around the back holding the other side of the lollypop. Error in shade across the index finger i think is where the blunder is.. go check the original if you don't believe me.

Can't actually believe i only just noticed that now.. hahaa. A GTAIV easteregg of sorts 
I may very well correct this later today so that it is correct... *little ol me *correcting* Rockstars artists... hahaaa...*
