Description I headed out into Hampshire to get some much needed practice on my landsacping techniques. I waited over an hour for the sun to pop out from behind the seen.

It finally did and I took various shots of this seen, including some telephotos. I'm not sure what I think of them however, so I would appreciate any feedback on these shots.

Personally, I think this shot is perfect, its not to saturated. Looks exactly how one would see it with their eyes.

yeah i know what you mean. It was REALLY hazy and the longish exposure blured the trees movement slightly.

I think its a bit bland..dont know if thats the right word for it but never mind. Think the trees in the background should be darker.

yeah i know what you mean. The trees in teh distance are paler because of the haze on that day. I might darken the background slightly when I get around to it, but I do quite like the warm haze effect...

interesting.

thanks for the comment

I went out on sunday trying to get a shot like this ([link] ), i didnt go at sunrise though so the colours weren't good but I really wish I'd have got a composition like this. Its lovely, the golden colours and the slightly misty field in the background are great. Your shots always inspire me to go out shooting and this gives me lots of ideas and inspiration!

They turned out really well.

Maybe try making the colours pop a little bit more though? It seems like it would give them that extra ... UMPH? I don't really know how to explain it .

I know what you mean Unfortunatly pushing the yellow any further would result in Gamut problems in AdobeRGB and SRGB. Also I don't like pushing saturation too high.

Thanks for the input tho, its greatly appreciated!

i don't know if you are a fan of editting? but if you removed the hedges and kept a few of those trees it would make your eyes travel across the frame like ping pong balls with the perspective lol

thanks. No i don't ever remove any natural elements from a shot. I don't agree with it. I remove dust spots, wires and people, litter etc but nothing like bushes and the likes.

Thanks for the suggestion though
