Description
Just finished this; took me forever not because it was hard or big but because I've just had so much else to do! This design is my original from the 2011 Pattern-A-Day calendar (May 11 if I remember correctly) stitched here on 8.5 count waste canvas on a yellow sweatshirt that I inherited along with the rest of the contents of our company warehouse. I had originally had a different design in mind for this shirt (an iris pattern from the same calendar) but when I tried the printed patterns against the shirt this one looked SO much better. I did change the color on the green square to a more muted green because the original green was way too bright on this color fabric compared to the other squares and I'm pretty please overall with the way it turned out.
