ooh... i really love this. you have such skill with controlling color - it makes every subtle highlight and shadow somehow add more depth than very contrasty colors would. this would make a lovely print

The lion fish man, instead of shaking the octopus's tentacle, seems to be dancing with it, in some sort of graceful, formal ritual of some sorts.
The swirls in the ocean are so lovely too! So stylized and wispy, yet I wouldn't have it any other way. A more "realistic" ocean just wouldn't have suited.
