Amazing. So do you use like 3 sized outlines or do you just use a large canvas then resize it smaller?

I KNEW IT! Err, forget that. Thank you. I always just wondered how pics look so anime like. The problem I have is DANG Photoshop doesn't resize well. Gimp does worse. I'm just gonna copy and paste it to paint then resize. Also I think you could have made the shading a bit less messy on the red parts, but that could just be me. And I think you could have made the blue, lightning effects much better. Just stating my opinions.
