Born with a birth mark over his left eye, Harvey's Father hated his birthmark. Over exaggerating and believing his Father thought he was an abomination, developing Body Dysmorphic disorder.
One of the best district attorney's Gotham ever had. When receiving some friendly joking about his birthmark, he did not take it so jokingly. Not only did he take it in the wrong manner, his disorder didn't help either.

He returned home and scarred his face with what seemed like no reason. Out of nowhere he became mentally unstable. Just like how he cleaned up the streets as D.A. he began cleaning up the streets as the latest mass murderer of Gotham, of which there are many. Nicknamed The Two-Face.
