Thanks for the comment but I always thought it was the lack of cape that got the women like Green Lantern, Flash, Daredevil and Spiderman.

Wrong.
GL, the Flash, DD and Spidey got swag because they let their personalities show out. GL is confident and manly like a test pilot should be; The Flash is the overgrown boy who's fun in a stupid way; DD is the self-sacrificing social activist and Spidey humble, self-effacing and responsible: good husband material.
And as for Bats and his chances with the ladies...
