This work is so appealing to the eye and different it's breath-taking, great atmosphere, detail and color selection, the white lights make the city seem ablaze with life.

Also the mischevious yet chic cat-woman makes it even more appealing. The only thing i could point out is that there are marked differences between the solid-ness of the character in the foreground and the blurryness of the background maybe you could make some parts of it a bit more clear.
