Some concept art of some sort of gigantic beastling for a still untitled comic project I'm working on.Done completely on my shfancy new Cintiq tablet!

This thing's eye placement bothers me as much as the eye placement on this dinosaur thing in Final fantasy XII - It's eyes are where it's nostrils should be. Urg, eyes do not belong there.

Actually at my work they got a couple of tiny cintiqs, and it's such a disconnect because it does lag a bit behind the pen and doesn't go down where you think it will. Dx I think I'd have to try out another one and see if they're all like that before I actually went and bought one.

Yea I'm hoping since I've got the newest version they might've fixed the lag. Though I've used an older one and I didn't notice then either, so it may just be an issue with some of them. Also calibration helped a lot with the pen placement issue, I know when I used my ex's cintiq I was like "ahh why is this weird!" but it just gotta be set up for the person who uses it O__o

"Might" have fixed the lag? Aren't you using it? XD
I guess getting used to it would be the same as getting used to the tablet. It's always weird to use the first time but after a while it becomes second nature and you don't even notice.
Did you get the big one that stands up? Does it hurt your back or bother you at all to sit up to use it? I imagine your arm would get tired pretty fast. XD Or mine would because I'm weak.

I did get the big one. It's not as bad as I thought it would be on my back, though I had to make my chair go as high as it could so I could sort of lean over it a little, but it's really just similar to working on an easel or drafting table. I was working on it for a good 6 or 7 hours yesterday and it didn't kill my arm either, though my left arm is probably all beefed out from constantly drawing *flex* >__>;;
