I definitely think if you went back and retouched a few details, it'd be a great piece.
It's so beautifully dynamic!
The only problem I have is the fact that the dude is facing the opposite way from the cat he's riding on. You should be looking at his backside if he's catching the cat up in front. Otherwise, your eye leads you off the frame, and your brain thinks he's trying to lasso something behind him.
Other than that, the shapes and colors you used are really captivating.
