When Colette is mentioned usually the people who know her go 'ah yes! The girl who never stops speaking about ghosts! She is a nice girl.'
WELL! That is Cole for you! Collette is a shy girl when you meet her at first, you'd see her down with her gaze avoiding your own with all she got of power... that until you open up a little with her. She then would open up as quick. Too much, always opens up too much and just starts her talking of her own interests and even personal life info. But what you'd see her talking about the most is spirits and ghosts stories, her beliefs are super strong that she may or may not at times try to force you to believe in them too! Passionate she truly is...
Ah, some would find her sudden opening up cute and even amusing but others... not so much. It usually is viewed as annoying if I was to sum it up.
But really, maybe Collette is always quick to be judged, the girl is stupidly nice and very hyper, she views the world from the eyes of a child and she just always seems happy. Maybe and just maybe Cole doesn't want to bother herself much of the darkness of the world, worry about what to come up next or even have to fear of the comeback of her own actions and words. Maybe that, or maybe she really is stupid. BUT ANYHOO the female remains happy and smiling, even when you are sour with her, even if you treat her horribly, she will always have a smile on her face.
Collette also tends to be very forgetful but is easy going with it and doesn't make a huge deal about it! She is always nice and up for a talk, of course...
Asides of that she says that drawing and writing helps her remember stuff! Yet again she always forgets where she puts her notebooks, pens and pencils... OOOPS.

But despite all her sweetness, her stupidness created her bravery! Collette was always the girl who is ready to risk it, try new and weird stuff. Never was afraid to approach the unusual or even the dangerous, ALL for the sake of making her life more memorable, her words. Not mine.

But she is a nice soul all in all...

[ History ]
Collette has lived a life with her single father for as long as she remembers, in a normal house living a normal life with both her grandmother and father. Things didn't change much for her until she grew up...
Cole's interests in spirits and ghosts were brought to life when she first met a street magician who claimed he can see ghosts if you let him touch your hand. Collette was only about 17 and had a part time job to worry about. But she decided one day to give him a chance and see what he can do, she always passes by him everyday anyway! And so she did and allowed him to touch her hands and tell her who is around herself and what shocked her completely is that he said a ghost of a woman claiming to be your mother is standing right next to you. At that time Cole didn't know if she was happy scared or very impressed, maybe a mixture of confusion, fear and relief hit her that day.
Why? She at least now knows that her mother didn't leave because she wanted to, but she wanted to stay and death took her away. Collette felt relief cause she knew at least she wasn't unwanted by her mother. And from that day on Collette was obsessed over ghosts and whatever linked to them, believing that her mother is nearby to watch her and that she will be safe. Poor girl never knew how her mother actually died...

But what she doesn't know can't bother her! So now Collette continues to live happily and weird out people with her stories and beliefs!
And all of that was supported when she received that letter of that one and only academy; legacy academy.

[ Attending the Academy ]
After receiving that invitation from the academy Collette was overly excited and even more than her usual self! Telling her dad she was 'accepted' to attended a collage he was happy for her and so he let her go.
Oh she knows he will forgive her if he ever finds out after she comes back with the new abilities she hopes to gain!
Sure, she has none now and she is very weak, but now she gets to see what not so many others see. AND OFF SHE WENT! No regrets!

[ Ability(ies) / Power(s) ]
Observant - due to her hunting for ghosts she became that of 'an observant' and a little sensitive to the presence of any ghost nearby.
Her ability grew within time now she is able to hear what they say in her head, no she doesn't even know of it, no, she doesn't hear the voices clearly and no she can't even tell how this has happened or what has happened but she FEELS them. She feels the dead, she knows when one ghost is sad or happy or angry. She's here for then and the problem is that they know. Even as ghosts they are still human some take advantage of her, some try to take control over her body, some even try to kill her. But she doesn't doubt, she doesn't wanna know...

As for now nothing major has happened to her, she is happy talking to her closest friend who is a ghost, his name is Sebastian or Bastian, as she calls him. She found him the ghost who opened up the most to her, he likes apples and discovered of him when he was stealing apples from the kitchen. She ever since then started to buy some for him, and go to the apple tree where he sits all day. She knew that ghosts cannot touch LIVES and in short anything that still lives, that's why he can't touch the apples on the tree, not until they fall. But lately people have been harvesting them leaving nothing for him. Colette also knew from him that not all ghosts can see each other, him being one. He likes her, a lot, and started to follow her around just like the ghost of her mother is doing.

Colette has a unique way of communicating with ghosts ND getting words out of them. Ever wondered why her room is always such a mess with everything knocked down to the floor? Well Colette communicate with the ghosts this way; if it is a yes answer to my question please knock over that book, etc. She used this method with Sebastian asking him how he looks so she'd draw him. It helped a lot! And she finds the most fun in doing it, she feels like she finally reached another world by talking to them...

Ah, Collette doesn't carry much around but if she does she carried a random note book to take 'notes' of things happening around her. 'This moved and nobody was around', 'I felt a horrible cold chill there', all just to locate the places of spirits and ghosts. But now that she is at the academy she uses multiple note books for classes and even other not important stuff. Why? WELL MAYBE because she lost one, forgot which note book was for what or maybe even forgot about it to even start with! I never said Collette was the smartest girl...
And asides of weird junk she herself doesn't know why she brough, she also brought her small TV and PS2 with her after hearing that there are no TVs in the girls dorm rooms. Moved it in with a huge smile on her face!

Maybe Collette doesn't have any illness or health concerns but she is pretty weak, maybe if she wasn't so light she wouldn't be able to lift herself up!
