I admit that this decade has been the worst decade to watch cartoons. Not only because of the quality of the animations, but also because of the rabid fans that exist on the internet. I'll list some examples of immature behaviors that I've been seeing for over a year on the internet:If you hate a cartoon that everyone loves you are forced to love it against their own will.
If you say some show is bad, they use reviews made by random critics from Youtube (*cough* Mr. Enter *cough* Rebeltaxi *cough* PhantomStrider *cough*) as an excuse to force them to believe in the opinions of others and love the show. The same applies to the opposite situation.
Many people love watching their favorite characters attacking characters from shows they hate and even real people (*cough* Caillou *cough* Johnny Test *cough* Justin Bieber *cough*), some cases are even brutal involving gore and death, even in children's shows.
People fight each other debating whether the 90s are better than the 2010s, or vice versa (for me the 2000s were a lot better).
They abuse the image of the characters by subjecting them to crappy crossovers with old popular characters, such as Mario and Sonic, both in fanart, fanfics and shipping (*cough* Bronies *cough*).
They hate reboots of old shows with all their strengths like Teen Titans Go and Powerpuff Girls (2016), and people who normally accompany the original shows in the childhood have grown up and are ironically "adults" now.
They create dramas for bad episodes of their favorite shows on the internet and even make rants by defining "admirable" and "atrocity" animations.
They are dependent to just watching cartoons, and ignore the existence of good live-action shows on television, after all "cartoon" is not everything in the TV.

Here's my story I used to be a cartoonaboo myself, and it's really embarrassing to look back on, I used to love cartoons and hated anything that wasn't that like anime or live action shows or movies, I still like cartoons but i'm nothing like these people now, I'm more open minded and I've been getting into anime and live action stuff

I found a user named Sugarbugjewelpet who makes hate art out of multiple franchises she hates and TTG was one of them. She also makes hate art out of Dora the Explorer, Caillou, The Lion Guard, Peppa Pig, Hotel Mario, Wallykazam, ect. It is possible that she attacks people who defend shows she hates from hatred and one of the only preschool shows she likes is The Backyardigans. She even uses memes without crediting the original user who made the memes.

I'd rather be a weeaboo rather than a cartoonaboo.
I honestly don't like a lot of western media save for SpongeBob, some Transformers shows, DC and Marvel, (And maybe Homestuck if that qualifies). Otherwise, I don't bother with Western media a lot. Especially MLP:FiM, The Loud House, and the fucking Star Wars Sequels (Losing interest to the point might as well hate the rest).
All that aside, I let people like what they like, but I hate it when they shoehorn it into people's opinions and thoughts.

Cartoonaboos are selfish, narcissistic, double-standard, bigoted assholes who only wants the world revolves around their interests. They're fat and lazy motherfuckers who all they do in their life is nothing than whine, whine, whine about their hated cartoons with stupidest reasons (like ruined their childhood). I blame cartoonaboos as the reason why talking about cartoon isn't fun anymore. Remember the good ol' days when talking about cartoons is fun before these donkeys exists? Too bad so sad, these people came and ruins people's interest of cartoons, which is why they feel like it's forbidden to talking about cartoons in fun way. Nowadays, talking about cartoons must be politically correct and if you disagreed with their belief with understandable reasons, shit just got real: you'll ended up become a mocking stock of them. And I'm not scared to say this, all cartoon reviewers are cartoonaboos cuz all they do is just sitting like a chubby pig recording their shitty reviews about their least favorite cartoons and submitted them on YouTube just to be famous and gained fans (the fans of cartoon reviewers are as same as cartoon reviewers, bigoted assholes who will judging and mocking everyone who disagreed with their belief).
And they're also moralfags. They think cartoons should have moral cuz it's for the sake of safety and age appropriation for kids. But, when they saw preschool shows like Disney Junior and PBS Kids, they loses their mind and said "kIdS wAtCh tV fOr eNtErTaInTmEnT, nOt fOr eDuCaTiOn!!!1!!11!!!!" Oh, say the bunch of manchilds who said that all cartoons must have moral! Talk about hypocrisy and double-standard here.
Hate arts is the most biggest issue of cartoonaboos. Cartoonaboos can't handle their massive hate boner and waste their precious time drawing their hated characters got killed, butchered, etc and when someone asked why did they doing this, they said it's fun to make hate stuffs. No, It's not fun. Making hate stuffs makes you look even more lower than dirt.
All they do in their life is just masturbating with their precious cartoons posters and whines about this era because "i hAtE mOdErN cArToOnS bEcAuSe tHeY'rE aBoMiNaTiOn aNd I wAnT mAh cHiLlHoOd bAcK wAwAWAwWWwAawAwwaWWWaaa!!!!!!". I better befriend weeaboos over cartoonaboos. Cartoonaboos makes weeaboos look civilized and sane.

This happened exactly a week ago now. After I ranted at him for calling Tom & Jerry "the ugliest and most overrated cartoon ever made", he attacked constantly trolling and attacking my comments I had made on these stamps with these outrageous replies like criticising me for my grammar, when his grammar was also pretty bad. I kind of didn't help the situation because I antagonised him quite a bit with that stupid stabbing icon. In fact, I was the one to block him in the end. He attacked me with two accounts and I blocked them both. Now only yesterday, he mentioned to one of my friends about apologising to me. But I'm not sure if I trust him...

Yep, I've kept both of his accounts blocked and I am now ignoring him just as you have advised me to. It's been nearly two weeks ever since that incident happened now.
But unfortunately, I got into an argument with two rabid Sonic SatAM haters today. One of which thinks that it is the worst Sonic cartoon. They accused me of being a "brat", "manchild", "a mindless introvert with no real friends" and "a spawn of Satan" just because I disagreed with their opinion.
