Description
This is the Midgar starbase that looks close to Midgar City from Final Fantasy 7.Yup sense Midgar was a City in the game i figured i would make it a Starbase.
This Starbase is basically the USS Highwind's main base for at least the TOS Era.
Added the TOS Connie to represent the HighwindΒ
