Description
This is the Resurgant class Hyper-DreadnoughtBuilt as a revival of the only Desedant class Hyper-Dreadnought USS Desedant (Derelict) the Resurgant class Hyper-Dreadnought would be a ship that would be on par with the Vengeance class starships, the Resurgant class would go on to serve in the fleet until the development of the Ambassador class starships.

Wow! I mean, wow! I love this ship! I can imagine it being a real force to be reckoned with, especially with the six ball turrets per phaser bank and quad forward torpedo launchers

it's a successor to the now defuct Descendant Class Hyper-Dreadnought, which, itself was left abandoned in a secret Drydock.

depends if a S31 oprrative was there during testing or construction, to which is unknown as Starfleet classified the original Descendant and but possibly its successor.
