This piece took about 30+ hours and is the biggest undertaking I have ever attempted. A labor of love but I think it will give you all something to look at for awhile. So rev up those Lancers and enjoy.

Ah I see. Hard for me to tell due to his back being turned and being small to see. Great art by the way. Hopefully we'll have good taste with gears of war 4. Looks promising thus far.

I have the newest one, but i think the gears 3 is the best.
Judgement tells the story of the beggining of the gears, and the protagonist is Baird,
and when you finish it, there is another chapter "aftermath", is cool too.
I thought the 3rd is better because it's harder and more exciting, like when Dom dies. )':

I feel that's the inherent challenge of creating a prequel after a series has concluded: not only are you trying to outdo the original in terms of gameplay, but your story has certain restrictions because we already know which characters live and die.

great composition and lighting, perhaps the faces on the Brumak and Corpsers couldve used another pass to get proportions right! But easily my favourite entry! Well Done!

Thanks man! I really struggled to get their faces right, especially the Brumak, and I had trouble finding the precise reference for that angle so I kind of had to do a combination of improvising and picking something I thought looked cool. Glad you like it though!
