i liked the photo but it didn't look very good so i just started messing about with some filters

Filters huh, are the filters you used in photoshop ? I just got PS, trying to teach myself how to use it, nothing nice enough to post yet, soon I hope.

i usually use PS but for this i used silver effects pro you can download it for free from google 
easy to use only works in black and white though
