When Fang turned into this, I thought - KYUUBI MODE!!!
It's a very weird looking design. I personally think those "hair" of hers look like giant orange flavored candy... Or something... I don't know why I drew her. Guess I got a little hooked to the game. Or maybe I was just fascinated as how incredibly different she looked when transformed into this incomplete Ragnarok state. 
Or maybe I just wanna draw that nice Super Saiyan 3 type hairstyle. Go super lesbo sister Fang!!!

I absolutely loved Fang. She is my favorite female FF character of all time - and Terra was hard to beat. I found her internal struggle to be really relatable. I'm not sure I'd call her "lesbo" though.
Also, her Ragnarok form takes from elements of her Eidolen, if you weren't aware, and her tail is representative of her ultimate weapon. When Ragnarok is in its "final" form, it takes from both Fang and Vanille's Eidolens, and if you look at it from that perspective it becomes readily apparent.

Very nice. I have been looking for fanart of Fang's incomplete Ragnarok but it is surprisingly difficult to find... I really like this drawing though the colours seem a bit bright. Great work!

I agree. There was just this short scene where Fang transforms into Ragnarok and starts attacking Orphan/Barthandelus. If it weren't for the concept art that was put on the Final Fantasy Wiki page (which I used as reference) O may not have seen ALL of the details in her design.
I do wish there's a screen capture mechanism that you can use in a PS3...
