Description
Borg Cubes Amassing at the Death Star(white pencil, scratching, pen - 10"x6.75" - 2010)
This was done in white pencil with some areas refined through scratching away at the pencil. I think I may have used pen in some areas, but the majority of the black was from the original paper and from scratching away.
I do have a digitized version with a blur on the foreground cubes, but this one is good enough and it's the original.

I'd say a max of three cubes get destroyed before the others beam enough drones onto the Death Star to overwhelm the defenses. Each cube has between 50,000 to 129,000 crew at a time, after all. The thousands of turbolaser turrets might destroy a few other cubes, but Borg ships are huge and are known for being able to operate at peak efficiency even after most of the ship has been rendered inoperable, and as they can tank some pretty serious blows...
And as for the TIE Fighters, I laugh at the idea they could cause any real damage to a cube. Their tiny blaster cannons don't have the strength to penetrate the thick tritanium hulls of Borg vessels. And the Bombers' payloads can easily be adapted to like a standard photon torpedo.
