Reminds me of those things from Alien Planet that walk on the jelly water and eat it with their feet.

I like this quite a bit. What really stands out to me is the sunken eyes and purple area around it, as well as the pattern in the back of the head that reminds me of fish eggs. The jawline looks cool too. Fish hook is a nice addition, tops the picture off.

The colors made me think it was a hardcore redesign of Freeza from Dragon Ball Z at first! Those are good colors.
