H'okay folks...here it is!!!!!!FINALLY, after what...like 5 months, I've finally gotten around to and finished Jeremy's poster for a story entitled "King Kong VS. Godzilla: The Clash Of The Titans". This sucker is huge at 14" x17", and sadly the digital pic I took of it does this work NO justice. This is like a hodge-podge of inking techniques that I've learned: dry-brush, halo, grease pencil, hatching, feathering........it's all here somewhere.
Anyways, I'm gunna rest for a bit and relax. I hope y'all like it!
Techs: Hunt 102 nib and Winsor & Newton Series 7 #1 (as well as Microns 03 and 08) with a grease pencil and Pro-White on 14" x17" vellum bristol baord.

oh man this movie was so damn epic and so is this drawing
wasent the original plan that the movie would be that frankenstein makes some monster from animal parts and it battles king kong but the monster was replaced by godzilla

Yeah that's what I've heard as well. I believe Toho couldn't properly secure the rights to Frankenstein so they went with Godzilla. If any movie cries for a re-boot, it's this one. Done with the right amount of attention and love- it'll be one hell of a monster mash.

King Kong VS. Godzilla was one of the first Godzilla films that I've ever seen, so it holds a special place in my heart.

amazing. I really like godzilla, but king kong seems to cute to be taken seriously. Nice background, devision of space, action, motion, and... well. great everything! It's bad ass
