well, i appreciate your patronage. i really do.
i had the image of a frazetta painted barbarian face staring at my mind's eye. so, that was the inspiration. it looked really good as pencil, so inking it was nerve racking! i like how it turned out though.

i penciled the figure then inked it with a very fine pen with lots of crosshatching to create texture and shadow. i added highlights with a white gel pen, and colour with coloured ink.
