Ok, I haven't done one of these in a while, so I'm sorry if this isn't top-notch critique. Also, I'm not one of those people who just stick 5 stars at everything and write praise until they run out of letters, I try to be constructive and helpful. So here goes...
The major flaw, and unfortunately the very first thing I noticed about this is the bad geometry. The corner-building and its yellow annex seem a tad miss-angled. When I look from there and slide beyond, there is something wrong, the buildings' shapes lack harmony.
Your general style is amazing, no question about that, and I think that this piece doesn't really fit into that. I've seen you use this technique better and that's why I graded it with four and a half. Here it feels incomplete somehow, like it's something you released mid-work, it seems rushed.
What strikes me as really well done is the coloring. The colors are really vivid, and there is a nice contrast between the center of the painting, and it's periphery. It really adds a sort of focus-effect.
Overall, I'd say you have a lot of talent for painting architecture (That's why I follow you), but I think this particular piece could be vastly improved by paying attention to the geometry of the buildings and how they face each other.

there is a department store in this country called Fenwick and the one in Newcastle was selling art like this.Β The style of those paintings if I remember correctly are remarkably similar to yoursΒ
