Dear martian revolutionaries...The day is finally here!
Both david, the writer and creator of FREE MARS and myself, have been holding our breaths on these news for a long time now. There were a lot of things that needed revising and checking before we were finally able to announce the big news:
FREE MARS has signed an exclusive partnership with APE Entertainment, to publish the webcomic as an original graphic novel, debuting at this year's San Diego Comic Con!
This is a true milestone for us, because even though I've been working for over 10+ years in comics, this is a major breakthrough that will bring my artwork to the big audiences. And it couldn't have happened with a better tale; I've said time and again that this is my best work, and apparently the powers that be have noticed too
The webcomic will still be published weekly, and the graphic novel will comprise all that material as well as many bonuses that will certainly be worth the investment in the book.
We want to thank you all for the support you've given us with this story and we hope to make this novel the absolute best it can be. I hope you all join us in the ride to come!

The site is indeed down, my friend! And has been for a while now, which we're looking into. The idea is to relaunch the whole webcomic, including the archives and new material very soon

Actually, no. It isn't based upon Red Faction at all, though it has been pointed out before; I think there might be similariries, but completely unintentional. Heck, I didn't even know what Red Faction wasjust some months ago!
